4th Annual Houston Dragon Boat Festival 2003 (May)
18 teams competed in close races all throughout the day. In the end, Continental Airlines narrowly defeated Asia Society/Tindall & Foster and JP Morgan in a close race. Continental's winning time for 250 meters was 1 minute 10.84 seconds . For winning the 2003 Houston Dragon Boat Festival Championship, Continental Airlines took the Dragon Cup as the prize. They retain possession of the Dragon Cup until the following year, when they will have to defend their title!
